Can a smoking subscription box be canceled or changed?
Of course! Just click here or contact us at care@dailyhighclub.com and our Customer Service team will help you out!
Are refunds available?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return any items, as long as they are unused, for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds for returns are limited to the product price and don’t include shipping and handling. Partial refunds cannot be applied to sales or items during promotional periods.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service with photos within 48 hours to receive a full refund.
Does DHC ship internationally?
Yes! The amount you’re billed is shown in US dollars. Daily High Club does not ship products from HBI internationally. Daily High Club is currently unable to service Albania, Malaysia, and Germany.
How do I know which box I’m getting?
The cutoff date is the last day of each month. If a package is paid for between October 1st and October 31st, the October box is shipped.

What are subscription box products used for?
All of our products are intended to be used with legal smoking herbs.
When will my package ship?
Here at Daily High Club, we’re working harder than ever to get our boxes out of our door and delivered to yours! Subscription Box orders may take up to 15 business days to process. Non-Subscription orders may take up to 5 business days to process. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.
How long does it take a package to arrive?
Once your box is in transit, only USPS will be able to provide updates with delays in delivery. Be sure to check the Tracking History dropdown located on the Track a Package page. Please contact USPS with your tracking number for reference.
What if there are issues with my package?
All items are packed as safely as possible. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service at care@dailyhighclub.com with photos within 48 hours to receive a full refund. We also replace any items missing from your box! For any delivery or missing item issues, contact our customer service team.
Can specific items be requested in my subscription box?
We specially curate all items in every Daily High Club box. While we can't change a box's contents, if there's a specific piece you're looking for, check out our online headshop!
What happens if I miss a promotion or sale?
We are so happy you want to shop with Daily High Club! We host promotions and sales all the time and announce them through our social media accounts like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. We also send out a newsletter that you can sign up for here. There are also banners posted and sliders that indicate when promotions are active. We cannot offer special pricing or discounts outside of the period or offer full or partial refunds to make up the difference for the sale.
What happens if my card is declined when my order renews?
If your card is declined when your order renews, we will try your card again every 6 days until the charge either goes through or reaches the maximum number of retries. If the five maximum retries are reached, and the card still cannot be charged, your subscription is automatically cancelled. For concerns, please reach out to our care team at care@dailyhighclub.com.
