Welcome to our Customer Help Center! We're here to help with orders, shipping, returns, subscription boxes, and product questions. Whether you're tracking a package or need details on our monthly boxes, you'll find answers right here.

What is your return and exchange policy?  

Daily High Club accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact customer support to initiate a return or exchange. Subscription boxes are non-refundable once shipped. Glass items must arrive undamaged; report damaged products within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?  

Track your order using the confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Enter your tracking number on USPS, UPS, or FedEx websites. For subscription boxes, tracking updates are sent when your monthly box ships from our facility.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?  

Contact Daily High Club support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items. We'll replace damaged glass pieces, bongs, or accessories at no cost. For incorrect items, we'll send the correct product or issue a refund. Subscription box items are final sale.

How does the monthly subscription box work?  

Subscribe to receive curated smoking accessories monthly. The El Primo (Combo #420) box includes exclusive glass pieces, rolling papers, accessories, and collectibles. Boxes ship between the 20th-25th monthly. Choose from different subscription tiers. Cancel or pause anytime through your account dashboard.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?  

Modify or cancel your subscription anytime before the 15th of each month. Log into your account, navigate to subscriptions, and update preferences. Changes after the 15th apply to the next billing cycle. Subscription boxes already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?  

Daily High Club accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Payment processes at checkout for one-time orders. Subscription boxes charge monthly on your billing date. Update payment methods anytime in your account settings.

Do you ship internationally?  

Daily High Club ships to all 50 US states and select international locations. International shipping availability varies by product type and local regulations. Customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties. Check shipping options at checkout. Subscription boxes ship within the United States only.

Can I modify my order after placing it?  

Contact customer support immediately to modify orders. Changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet (typically within 24 hours). Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. For subscription boxes, modify your next box before the 15th monthly cut off through your account dashboard.

What products are included in the Combo #420 box?  

The Combo #420 (El Primo) box includes custom glass pieces, smoking accessories, rolling papers, lighters, and exclusive collectibles. Each monthly box features 5-7 curated items worth over $50. Themes vary monthly with holiday specials and celebrity collaborations. All items are hand-selected by experts.

How do I join the Cabana Club membership?  

Join Cabana Club for free at checkout or through your account. Members receive exclusive pricing on Daily High Club products and partner sites. Access special discounts, early product drops, and member-only deals. Membership is automatic for subscription box customers. No fees required.
