Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
By using the DHC website, you expressly agree that use of the site is at your sole risk. The DHC website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Neither www.dailyhighclub.com, nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees, nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensees or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the DHC website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither DHC nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the contents provided on the website or the products or services offered for sale on the DHC website. Further, DHC makes no representation that content provided on the DHC website is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, any location whether within or outside of the United States. DHC and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by DHC or its Associates shall create a warranty of any kind. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall DHC Supply Inc. or it's Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of (or inability to use) the DHC website; including, but not limited to, reliance by you on any information obtained from the DHC website that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of DHC has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the DHC website. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover for domestic orders. International credit card orders are accepted on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to not accept credit card payment for International orders. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and personal checks in accordance with our payment policy.
Generally, credit and debit cards are charged on the same day your order is placed with us. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order within a reasonable period of time, we will credit your card for the items not shipped.
Every month you are an active subscriber, your renewal billing date will be moved up one week until your charge date falls on the 1st week of every month. This is to space out the boxes - for example if you sign up October 14th, you will be billed next on November 7th.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The DHC website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
Daily High Club may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased on a per person, per household, or per order basis. DHC also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same DHC website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. DHC reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.
Sales Tax Policy
Daily High Club does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales and tobacco tax as required by law. DHC Sales Inc currently collects and remits Sales and Tobacco Tax on orders which are delivered within the state of Florida. Please note if you are a Florida customer the Sales and Tobacco tax on your order are shown as one line time on your invoice. Any customer that resides outside of the state of Florida is responsible for their own Sales and Tobacco Tax. Please note, DHC Sales Inc reserves the right not to sell to resellers.
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Daily High Club shipping policies.
Both you and Daily High Club agree that a "Delivery Confirmation" from one of our preferred carriers (USPS, UPS) will constitute sufficient proof that your order was in fact delivered to you. If you wish to dispute delivery you must file a claim with the appropriate carrier, we will provide you with the tracking number upon request. In the event an order is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you by email and/or phone to authorization reshipment at your expense.

Intended for Users Over the Age of 18
The Daily High Club website is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. The Daily High Club website is not intended use by children under the age of 18. Daily High Club uses real time age verification to ensure no minors buy from our store.
The Daily High Club website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Daily High Club reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Daily High Club will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. Debit Cards take longer for banks to credit. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
