A My Bud Vase piece is a fully functional bong built to look like decorative porcelain home decor, and DHC carries designs that look just as at home on a mantel as they do getting passed around.
My Bud Vase is a brand that builds glass water pipes disguised as ceramic and porcelain vases, so what looks like a piece of home decor on a shelf is actually a working bong underneath. Each design has its own name and look, from florals to sculptural shapes, similar in spirit to the sculptural designs you'll find in our cool bongs collection, just built around a decorative shell instead.
Yes, that's the entire design premise. The glass water-pipe mechanics are built into a ceramic or porcelain shell, so unless someone knows to look for a bowl or mouthpiece, it reads as a normal vase sitting out in the open. It's one of several specialty brands DHC carries, you can see the full lineup on our brands page if you want to compare styles.
It's a real water pipe underneath the decorative shell, so it works the way a standard glass bong does, you pack a bowl, add water, and pull through it like any other piece. The disguise is in the outside, not a tradeoff on how it actually smokes.
Empty the water after each use. Standing water left in any piece, hidden or not, is what causes buildup and smell over time.
Rinse with warm water regularly. A quick rinse after each session keeps resin from settling into the ceramic-lined chamber.
Do a deeper clean with isopropyl alcohol and salt periodically. Swirl the mixture through the water chamber, let it sit, then rinse thoroughly since the opaque shell makes it harder to eyeball buildup than it is with clear glass.
Dry and display as usual. Once it's clean and dry, it goes right back to doing its other job as a vase. Our Clean & Store collection has cleaning solutions built for exactly this kind of maintenance.
A brand of glass water pipes built to look like decorative ceramic or porcelain vases, so it doubles as home decor while working as a real bong underneath.
It's built to pass as a genuine vase, the water-pipe function is hidden inside a ceramic or porcelain shell, not an add-on to an obviously smoking-shaped piece.
Yes, it's a real water pipe with a bowl and water chamber, it just happens to be built into a decorative shell instead of clear glass.
Empty and rinse it after each use, then do a deeper clean with isopropyl alcohol and salt every so often. The ceramic shell hides buildup more easily than clear glass, so it's worth cleaning on a schedule rather than waiting until it looks dirty.
Designs range from floral pieces like Rose and Rosette to sculptural styles like Coyote and Mermaid, so you can pick based on what actually fits your space. If you're rounding out a full setup, our dab rigs and hand pipes collections pair well alongside one.
It's built as a working bong first, so we'd point you toward a bowl and water rather than soil or cut flowers, the vase look is the disguise, not a literal second use.
