Here at Daily High Club we are working harder than ever to get our boxes out the door and into yours! Subscription box orders may take up to 15 business days to process. Non-Subscription orders may take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive shipping confirmation via email.

We have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. As long as all products are returned unused and there is an image associated with any broken items, you’ll be refunded within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for returns are limited to the product price and don’t include shipping and handling. Partial refunds cannot be applied to sales or items during promotional periods. 

Box of the Month Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy 

Subscription Cancellation and Modification 

Customers may request to cancel or modify their Box of the Month subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at care@dailyhighclub.com. 

• Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before the applicable order has been processed. 
• Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will be possible. 
• Cancelling a subscription will prevent future subscription orders from being generated, subject to the timing of the request and the subscription's processing status. 
• Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. 

Monthly Box and Billing Schedule 

Subscribers will generally receive the Box of the Month associated with the calendar month in which their subscription payment is processed. 

• A subscription payment processed on March 5 will generally correspond to the March box. 
• A subscription payment processed on October 31 will generally correspond to the October box. 
• Payments processed on the first or last day of a month may occasionally be affected by billing and order-processing schedules. 

Customers who wish to receive a particular month's box should contact customer support to confirm the applicable billing and box assignment before making changes to their subscription. 

Box Contents and Item Selection 

Box of the Month subscriptions are curated collections of products and accessories. 

• Individual items, styles, colors, and product combinations cannot be selected or customized unless expressly stated on the applicable product page. 
• Box contents may vary from month to month based on the curated selection and product availability. 
• Subscribers to El Primo will receive exclusive, custom-designed glassware as part of each monthly box, subject to the applicable subscription offering and product availability. 

Damaged or Missing Items 

If a subscription box arrives with broken glassware or missing items, customers must contact care@dailyhighclub.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

Customers must provide the following information when submitting a claim: 

• Order number. 
• Description of the issue. 
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping box. 
• Clear photographs of any damaged or affected items. 

Our customer support team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Verified cases of broken glassware or missing items will be addressed through a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability. 

Customers should retain the relevant packaging and damaged items until the claim has been reviewed, unless instructed otherwise by our support team. 

Mystery Box Terms and Conditions 

Purchase Limit 

Customers may purchase a maximum of one (1) Mystery Box per order. 

• Orders containing more than one Mystery Box are not permitted under this policy. 
• If an order violates this limit, we reserve the right to cancel the additional Mystery Box quantities and refund the corresponding amounts paid for those quantities, in accordance with applicable policies and law. 

Product Contents and Selection 

Mystery Box contents are selected at random. Customers cannot choose, preview, or request specific products, styles, colors, brands, or other items unless expressly stated on the applicable product page. 

• Product images and promotional photographs are for illustrative purposes only. 
• Actual contents may vary in style, color, type, brand, and appearance. 
• Depending on the specific offering and available inventory, Mystery Boxes may contain glass pieces, accessories, smoking essentials, lifestyle products, and branded merchandise. 
• Contents vary between boxes and are subject to inventory availability. 
• Purchasing multiple Mystery Boxes in separate transactions does not guarantee different contents. 

Final Sale, Returns, and Refunds 

All Mystery Box purchases are final sale, except where a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved under our policies. 

Due to the bundled and randomly selected nature of Mystery Boxes, customers cannot request returns, refunds, swaps, or exchanges solely because they dislike the selected items, prefer different products, or receive items different from those shown in illustrative photographs. 

We do not guarantee: 

• The inclusion of any particular product, brand, style, color, premium item, or high-value item. 
• A specific combined retail value of the items, unless expressly stated on the applicable product page. 
• Unique contents across separately purchased Mystery Boxes. 

If a Mystery Box arrives with damaged items, customers must contact care@dailyhighclub.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide their order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the packaging and affected items. 

Damaged-item claims will be reviewed by our support team and resolved in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. 

Mystery Box Purchase Type 

Mystery Boxes are offered as one-time purchases only and are not available through a monthly or recurring subscription, unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise. 

Purchasing a Mystery Box does not enroll the customer in any recurring billing arrangement. 

General Provisions 

Product Availability 

All subscription and Mystery Box offerings are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with alternatives of a comparable type where appropriate, subject to the product description and applicable law. 

Policy Application 

These terms supplement Daily High Club's general Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. In the event of a conflict, the applicable policy and mandatory legal requirements will govern. 

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply as permitted by applicable law.
