Customer Service Is Above & Beyond

"Initially, I did not receive the box at all. After emailing CS and waiting a few months (most likely due to them changing locations) I received it late but with everything perfect. Despite the wait, all other boxes came on time and the quality of the Miracle Lemonade piece is insane. 10/10 absolutely love this company. Looking forward to an entire year of boxes in 2023 ^-^"

— Zachary E. (5/5)

decent.

"Everything but the actual bong is dope. the reason the bong isnt dope is because it came broken, a hole on one of the bottom corners. I first noticed it when I was filling up the piece for the first time and all the sudden bam water everywhere, I haven't gotten a refund yet but I really hope I can get a not broken one as it's a crazy cool bong"

— Emma (2/5)
