Missing Grinder replacement

"The Team at D. H. C. was awesome to deal with and sent out the missing item from my box with expedited shipping. After receiving it I felt silly due to the size of the grinder. It is tiny and not worth the expense, time or wasted carbon shipping it out. Probably would have been better to apologize and offer a small discount on a future purchase. That said, I was quite impressed with how quickly and easily they handled the issue."
