Can I cancel or change my Daily High Club subscription?
Yes! You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Just contact us at care@dailyhighclub.com, and our customer support team will be happy to help.
Which subscription box will I receive?
You will receive the box for the same month in which you are charged. For example, if you are charged on March 5, you will receive the March box.
We recommend avoiding selecting the very first or last day of the month (like October 1 or October 31), as this can sometimes affect how your box is assigned. For instance, a charge on October 31 will still be considered for the October box.
Can I request specific items in my subscription box?
No, specific items cannot be selected. However, every box is curated to offer the same value and includes some of our best accessories.
If you subscribe to El Primo, you’ll receive exclusive, custom-designed glass in each monthly box.
How do I upgrade from one box tier to another?
Log into your account, go to subscription settings, and select your new tier. Changes apply to your next box. Want to upgrade immediately? Cancel your current subscription and start the new tier, or contact care@dailyhighclub.com yo can contact us via live chatfor help.

How do I update or reset my password?
If you’re locked out of your account, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. Enter your email, and we’ll send a link to reset your password. Also, check your spam or junk folder for the email while checking.
You can also contact our Customer Service team to have a reset link sent directly.
