🧾 Subscription & Account Questions

Can I cancel or change my Daily High Club subscription?  

Yes! You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Just contact us at care@dailyhighclub.com, and our customer support team will be happy to help.

Which subscription box will I receive?  

You will receive the box for the same month in which you are charged. For example, if you are charged on March 5, you will receive the March box.

We recommend avoiding selecting the very first or last day of the month (like October 1 or October 31), as this can sometimes affect how your box is assigned. For instance, a charge on October 31 will still be considered for the October box.

Can I request specific items in my subscription box?  

No, specific items cannot be selected. However, every box is curated to offer the same value and includes some of our best accessories.

If you subscribe to El Primo, you’ll receive exclusive, custom-designed glass in each monthly box.

How do I upgrade from one box tier to another?  

Log into your account, go to subscription settings, and select your new tier. Changes apply to your next box. Want to upgrade immediately? Cancel your current subscription and start the new tier, or contact care@dailyhighclub.com yo can contact us via live chatfor help.

Where can I see what’s included in my subscription box?

You can view the full list of items included in your box online, instead of receiving a printed insert.

How do I update or reset my password?  

If you’re locked out of your account, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. Enter your email, and we’ll send a link to reset your password. Also, check your spam or junk folder for the email while checking. 

You can also contact our Customer Service team to have a reset link sent directly.

📦 Orders, Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?  
  • Subscription orders: May take up to 15 business days to process
  • Non-subscription orders: May take up to 5 business days to process

Once your order has been processed, shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

How long does delivery take?  

Delivery times are as follows:  

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days  
  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days  
  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days  

Please note that delivery times depend on USPS transit conditions. During peak periods or due to unexpected delays, shipping times may vary. 

Once your package has been shipped, USPS is the only party able to provide delivery updates. We recommend checking the tracking page regularly and using the “Tracking History” section for the latest status.

Does Daily High Club ship internationally?  

If the amount at checkout is shown in USD and you’re able to successfully place your order, it means we can deliver it to your location. 

If you’re unable to complete the checkout process, unfortunately, we won’t be able to ship to your location. 

Why was I charged additional shipping?  

If you selected United States as your country but live outside the US, we’ll need to bill the difference in shipping costs before dispatching your order.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?  

First, check your spam or junk folder. Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout. 

If you still don’t see it, contact our support team via live chat or email at care@dailyhighclub.com  with your order details, and we’ll confirm your order. Our support hours are 7 am-7 pm MST. 

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Insurance

Am I eligible for a refund?   

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions: 

  • Items must be unused and unopened.  
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery for a broken item  
  • Photos/Videos are required for damaged or defective items  
  • Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable) 
  • Refund will take 5-7 business days depending upon the financial institution. 
How do I return a product?   

If you’d like to return a product based on personal preference, you’ll need to cover the RMA cost, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. The     

However, if you received the wrong item, we would provide a prepaid RMA and offer you a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference. 

What if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?  

Without Route Shipping Insurance: We’ll replace broken glassware or missing items at no cost. Email photos of the package and unused broken items to care@dailyhighclub.com within 48 hours of delivery. With Route Shipping Insurance: File a claim directly with Route using the link below. What are Daily High Club products used for?  

All products are intended for use with legal smoking herbs only.

Are past Daily High Club boxes still available?  

Yes! Some of our most popular past boxes and individual items are available while supplies last.

💳 Billing & Payments

What happens if my card is declined during renewal?  

No worries — it happens! If your card is declined:

  • We’ll email you with instructions to update your payment details
  • We retry the charge once the next day, then three more times every six days
  • If payment isn’t updated within this window, your subscription will be cancelled
What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. 

Please note that we do not accept PayPal or crypto. There are no exceptions.

🎉 Promotions & Discounts

What if I miss a sale or promotion?  

We run promotions often and announce them via: 

  • Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter 
  • Our weekly newsletter (sent every Friday) 
  • Website banners and sliders 

Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively or issue refunds to match sale pricing. 

What's the Cabana Club, and is it different from my subscription?  

Cabana Club is our free loyalty program, completely separate from subscriptions. Joining gives you "Member Pricing" on hundreds of online shop items. Your subscription gets the monthly box; Cabana Club gets discounts when shopping à la carte. Join both, it's free.
