Drop it, dent it, it still rips.Chill Steel Pipes makes stainless steel bongs built to survive real use, a third material option alongside glass and silicone, and DHC stocks the current lineup including limited-edition colorways and a Tommy Chong collab piece.
A Chill Steel Pipe is a bong built from stainless steel instead of glass or silicone, so it takes a drop or a dent without cracking or shattering. If you're comparing materials, our glass bongs collection is still the flavor-forward classic, and silicone bongs split the difference between durability and a lower price point.
Depends what you're optimizing for. Glass generally wins on flavor and lets you see what's happening inside the chamber, while steel wins on durability, it's not going to crack from a bump the way glass can. If you want something more travel-friendly and pocketable, our mini bongs collection is worth a look too, whatever material you land on.
Steel doesn't chip like glass, but it can still build up residue over time. A rinse with warm water after each use keeps things simple, and a deeper clean with isopropyl alcohol handles tougher buildup without the risk of cracking a chamber the way you'd worry about with glass. Our Clean & Store collection has supplies built for exactly this.
DHC carries the Limited Edition Tommy Chong Chill Bong as part of the current Chill Steel Pipes lineup, alongside other limited colorways. Since these are limited runs, availability shifts, so check the collection directly for current stock rather than assuming a specific design is always in rotation. If novelty and personality-driven designs are what you're after more broadly, our cool bongs collection has a similar spirit in glass.
A bong made from stainless steel rather than glass or silicone, built to handle drops and everyday use without cracking. You may also see the brand's pieces referred to simply as "chill steel pipes" or "chill bongs."
Not strictly better, just different. Glass tends to edge out steel on flavor, steel edges out glass on durability. It comes down to which one matters more for how you actually use it.
Rinse with warm water after regular use, and reach for isopropyl alcohol for a deeper clean when buildup calls for it. Steel won't chip or crack the way glass can, so cleaning it is a bit more forgiving.
Yes, it's designed to pair with the bong to help cool hits down further, which lines up with the "Chill" name. It's a separate accessory rather than something built into the bong itself.
Yes, it's part of a limited run alongside the other Chill Steel Pipes colorway releases, so it may not always be in stock.
