THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”) GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES.  YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO ALL OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Eligibility: The Survey Feedback Promotion ("Promotion") is open to all customers who complete and submit the survey within the specified time frame. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Entry Period: The Promotion begins on 01/15/24 and ends on 12/01/24.

How to Enter: To enter, fill in the entry pop-up at our website during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person. Pop-ups must be enabled on your browser in order to join.

Prize: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected to receive a Megabox, a box filled with smoking accessories valued at $300 or more.

Winner Selection: The winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within 1 week (7 days) after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected. If six (6) alternate winners have been selected and all fail to respond within the required time period, this competition will be closed and no more winners will be selected.

Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must provide their contact information and valid government ID for shipping purposes and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/ publicity release within a specified time.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Prize Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

Right to cancel: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if any problem prevents the promotion from running as planned.

Release: Entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any claim associated with the promotion.
